| Q. My credit card expired. Can I signup again without paying the larger upfront fee? | |
| A. Yes, If you have been a rebilling customer within the last 2 months you may reactivate your recurring membership by eMailing customersupport@bukbuddies.com and we will provide you with a link to reactivate your rebilling membership without the normal higher upfront fee. You will need to provide your full name and the name of the billing company you were signed up with for us to process your request and you can only rejoin the same site that you were a member of originally. | |
Q. I signed up for the 7 day trial. Will I be rebilled after the 7th day? |

A. The 7 day trial is just that, a 7 day trial. Unlike many websites, we will never automatically rebill your credit card. You are only rebilled automatically if you sign up for one of our rebilling plans which are monthly plans and not the 7 day trial membership. |

| Q. How do I cancel my account? | |
A. If you signed up using CCBill, please visit https://support.ccbill.com/ and simply follow their "Search/Cancel a Subscription" instructions. |

| Q. Why am I getting a "Refused by ProxyPass" message when I attempt to login? | |
A. To help guard our bandwidth and content, BukBuddies and HornyHounDogs use ProxyPass as a safe guard. We allow each visitor/member 4 gigabytes worth of content per day. Usually, this is enough. In certain cases, you can be on our site for 5-6 hours and be denied by ProxyPass. If this happens, simply EMail customersupport@bukbuddies.com and we will promptly remove the temporary block. We discourage password sharing, and if your password is shared then you will find yourself blocked by proxy pass for no less than 10 days. |

| Q. Why can't I view the videos in Flash format? | |
A. To view the Flash content on our site, you must have the latest version of the Flash Player installed on your computer. To get the latest version of the Flash player, go to http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/ and follow their instructions. |

| Q. Why does the Windows Media Player video at BukBuddies.Com hesitate and jerk sometimes? | |
| A. You should always download the video at BukBuddies.Com and play it on your computer after you have downloaded it. Trying to play BukBuddies.Com video directly from the website may cause the video to hesitate especially during peak hours. | |
| Q. My computer is an Apple Mac with OS X tiger or older operating system and I’m have difficulty viewing the Window Media Player videos at BukBuddies.Com. What’s wrong? | |

| Q. Images stop showing when I use Firefox. | |
| A. Check if you have image loading turned off. Go to Tools > Options > Content > Make sure the "Load Images" box is checked. | |
| Q. What important information is required for International DVD deliveries? | |
| A. When you make a purchase in our store, a telephone number and an email address is required by our carrier (UPS). Please include them so we can get your package out in a timely manner. | |
| Q. Why do my image pages look so spaced? | |
| A. Try pressing F11 in Internet Explorer or Firefox to see more of the webpage. | |
| Q. I logged in fine earlier but now I can't login with the same username and password. | |
| A. We recommend clearing your cache and cookies then retrying to login. If this does not work, then please do not hesitate to contact us. | |

| Q. I use a download manager, will I get blocked because of it? | |
| A. It depends on how much content is being downloaded. Set your connections to a maximum of 5 and try not to get more than 2Gb of content per day so ProxyPass doesn't catch you. | |

| Q. Where can I get a models information? | |
| A. Legally we can not, and will not provide anyone with any personal information about our models. Requests for addresses, emails, and phone numbers of past models will be ignored. | |
| Q. What are the customer service hours? | |
| A. While we do our best to answer emails as quickly as possible there is not always someone in the office. Our normal hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm EST. | |
| Q. Why can't I log in? | |
| A. There are a few reasons you may find yourself with difficulty logging in. Unauthorized password usage and or excessive downloading of files can cause Proxy Pass to block service. Also, logging on from different IP addresses too often can cause blocking. Proxy Pass puts a temporary block on an IP address when there appears to be unusual activity, for example, if other persons are using your password info and logging on from different IP's. If you are downloading photos or video clips it is best to try to space the downloads over a longer time period since we have a 4 gig download limit within a 24 hour period.(While we can remove this block it is important for you to understand that you have a 4 gig limit before you are automatically blocked, if you send an email to our customer support we can get back to you in a timely manner and remove the block) It is also important to write your username and password down. They are case sensitive so if you have your capslock active you will not be able to log in correctly. | |
| Q. Can I download your videos? | |
| A. Yes. Every set that has a video has that video available for download. | |
| Q. Do your videos have DRM? | |
| A. No, none of our videos have ever been produced with DRM. All of our videos are available for your viewing pleasure for as long as you keep them on your hard drive. | |
